It's the beginning of the year, which means resolutions are being made. My constant resolution is weight-loss. Here are my favorite resources around the web.
* Weight Watchers! I lost 50+ lbs 7ish years ago. Unfortunately for me, most of it came back over the past 2 years. Which is mind boggling. I stand by them, feel that they are life changing and a great weight-loss and living resource. They host various open house events though out the year. I highly recommend checking WW out. There is a program for EVERYONE.
* Special K has a new site that helps you plan out meals and really evaluate what you want to gain with overall weightloss and health. It's like Weight Watchers but with a Special K product menu, all the time. To be honest I'm really into their message, but I also enjoy a few Special K yummies.
* Runkeeper is a great gps tracker and log. It logs into twitter and facebook as well. You get a constant update on your distance and pace. As well as an average of the calories burned based on your logged activity.
Hopefully this is one of the last years where "weight-loss" is on the list.
